CANCELLATION AND RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Returns Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hrs (of receiving the product), if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. So that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges Policy
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellation Policy
A cancellation request should be raised by messaging on WhatsApp @ +91-6397 910 145 within 2 hours of your purchase. If not the order will go through return policy.
International Orders
All Orders outside India are non-refundable.
In exchange, the customer will bear the shipping charges on both sides.
Terms and Conditions
- We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or purchases done through discount codes.
- For return, a courier charge of Rs. 300 is payable ( for Indian customers)
- For exchange, a courier charge of Rs. 250 is payable ( for Indian customers)
- For return/refund or exchange the complaint should be raised within 72 hours of receiving the product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned product, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take 6-7 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
No Refunds or Exchanges on sale items.
